Schemes Interior Ltd. provides a large range of Wood Raw Material:
MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard): Our high grades MFC are imported from South Africa and Germany. Kitchen cabinets, Wardrobes and office furniture can be manufactured with this material. There are a number of thicknesses used, but typically the industry standard is 25mm and 18mm thick.
Solid Wood: Our solid timbers are first grade lumbers products and comes Dried and Treated from all continents. We take great care in making them as environmental friendly as possible. The chosen timber we use comes from TFT and/or FSC certified suppliers.
Natural Veneer on MR MDF (Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fiberboard): which is a kind of particleboard that is made from composite wood. MDF’s characteristics include being smooth and resistance to warping. While similar to other compressed products, such as particle board or hardboard, MR MDF board offers superior qualities. Both sides are Laminated with Natural Veneer then paint coated finally with high quality of PU (Polyurethane) primer and lacquer.
We deal with European origin fittings and accessories. With all these moving parts, it can be hard to remember that design is in the details too, and Hardwar is a detail that can easily become an afterthought.
But the right accessory can make a serious visual impact, elevating the item in a way that is easy and effortless.
Schemes Interior's durable upholstered furniture are manufactured in an array of different styles and materials.
For the carcass we use Solid Spruce and hardwood. The inner filling is made by using the best quality of Webbing belts and HR Polyester Foam, Duck and Goose feather/down are used for the throw pillows. The outer cover can be made in Natural Leather or Cotton/Linen/Microfiber Textile.
